Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard delivery will usually arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times can occasionally vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation so you know your Bertie Bears Adventure order is on its way.

Returns

We hope you love your Bertie Bears Adventure order. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@bertiebearsadventure.co.uk with your order number and we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bertiebearsadventure.co.uk, including your order number and photographs where appropriate, and we'll be happy to help.

Once your return has been received and checked, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Your statutory rights are not affected.
