Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation to let you know your Bertie Bears Adventure order is on its way.

UK Delivery

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Standard delivery will usually arrive within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including delays within the postal network or during particularly busy periods.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bertiebearsadventure.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@bertiebearsadventure.co.uk with your order number and we'll be happy to investigate.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bertiebearsadventure.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected products where possible.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
